10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Stock Car Promoters Panel Discussion. Several stock car promoters will discuss their facilities’ news for 2014 and beyond, as well as issues facing the industry.
12:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Canadian racing star Alex Tagliani will share details of his new racing team with the fans, on the Inside Track Stage. Other announcements are also expected.
12:45 – 1:15 p.m. NASCAR Sprint Cup Star Ryan Newman will take to the stage for a Q&A session with the fans. Newman will talk about the upcoming season with Richard Childress Racing and his hopes for winning a second Daytona 500.
1:15 – 2:00 p.m. Ryan Newman signs autographs for the fans on the CME’s Inside Track Stage.
2:15 – 3:00 p.m. Road Racing Panel Discussion: Several prominent representatives of various parts of the Canadian road racing community discuss their plans and news for 2014.
3:15 – 4:30 p.m. Meet The Media Panel Discussion: One of the CME’s longest running and most popular on-stage features. This year, radio host Angie Skinner joins Canada’s top motorsports journalists to talk about Canadian and international racing.
5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Short Track Night of Champions and the Ontario Asphalt Year-End Short Track Power Rankings, presented by London Recreational: Hosts Greg Calnan and Spencer Lewis honour series and track champions from Ontario’s dirt and asphalt ovals. After that, Spencer Lewis presents his top 10 Power Rankings list.
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9
10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Short track guru Spencer Lewis hosts several up-and-coming racers in his annual installment of the Young Guns Panel on the CME Stage. Hear what some of Canada’s future stars have in store for 2014.
11:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Driver Q&A: The NCATS Series features many of the country’s top stock car racers. Several of them will be making big news at the CME. The NCATS drivers will take to the CME Stage to talk about what’s new for their programs for 2014.
12:30 – 1:00 p.m. Richard Petty Q&A on the CME Stage: Seven Sprint Cup Championships. Seven Daytona 500 wins. 200 Sprint Cup wins. Richard Petty is undisputedly The King of NASCAR racing. This is your chance to hear Richard Petty live and in person as he takes part in a Q&A with the fans!
1:00 – 2:15 p.m. NASCAR legend Richard Petty will sign as many autographs as possible for the fans, on the CME Stage.
2:30 – 3:00 p.m. Mike Skinner Q&A: Known as ‘The Gunslinger,’ Mike Skinner won the first-ever NASCAR Truck Series race before going on to be the series’ inaugural champion. During his illustrious career, he was teamed with the late Dale Earnhardt Sr. at Richard Childress racing. Mike will be joined on the stage by his wife, Angie Skinner, host of SiriusXM’s NASCAR Radio.
3:30 – 4:30 p.m. Drag Racing Panel Discussion: Series promoter Bruce Mehlenbacher hosts a discussion featuring some of the sport’s most prominent racers and industry personalities.

10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Targa Newfoundland Info Session (in Aviation Room C): Interested in how you can participate in this world-famous event, as a competitor, volunteer or sponsor? Targa President Robert Giannou will host an information session.
11:00 – 11:45 Millers Oils Tech Session (in Aviation Room B): Comat Motorsports is the official distributor for Millers Oils in Canada. In this session, officials from Comat Motorsports will detail Millers Oils technologically advanced range of race proven products.
11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Towing Seminar (in Aviation Room C): Cory Adams presents, ‘What to know before towing your trailer to the track.’ Constable Cory Adams of the Durham Regional Police Service’s Regional Traffic Enforcement Unit will offer a seminar covering the rules and regulations that anyone towing a trailer should know. He will also discuss proper class of licenses required for towing a trailer or operating a motorhome. Adams will also cover personal use exemptions, annual inspections, and when you need a CVOR.
12:15 – 12:45 p.m. Ryan Newman VIP Meet & Greet (in Aviation Room B): For VIP ticket holders to this session only. Pass holders should assemble in Aviation Room B starting at noon.
1:00 – 2:00 p.m. F1600 Series Seminar (in Aviation Room C): Jason Sharpe of Move Motorsports Management will host an information session for racers who are curious about what’s new for the Toyo Formula 1600 Championship Series for 2014.
2:30 – 3:15 p.m. Jones Brown Motorsport Insurance (in Aviation Room C): Kevin Besta, JBMI’s Managing Partner for Motorsports, presents a seminar geared to racers. During this session, Besta will discuss ‘How is a racer protected while racing?’ How are racers exposed and how can they be covered? Topics will also include ‘off-track’ and storage insurance and sponsor insurance.
3:15 – 5:15 p.m. CASC-OR / GT Challenge Meeting: (in Aviation Room B): CASC-OR officials will host a two-hour meeting and information session on its GT Challenge class.
3:30 – 4:30 p.m. NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Driver Info Session (in Aviation Room C): Interested in learning the facts about what you need to know to become involved in the Canada’s NASCAR Series? Series Director Alex Nagy will be joined by NASCAR’s International Competition Liaison, Joe Balash (formerly the Nationwide Series Director) and others to educate racers and others about the NCATS series.

12:00 – 12:30 p.m. Richard Petty / Pinty’s VIP Meet & Greet (in Aviation Room B): This is a private event for Pinty’s VIP ticket holders only. Pass holders should assemble in Aviation Room B starting at 11:45 a.m.
1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Ohsweken Speedway Sprint Car Crate Class Meeting (in Aviation Room C): Officials from Ohsweken Speedway will host an information session for drivers and teams interested in competing in its new Crate Sprint Car class. All are welcome to attend.
3:30 – 4:15 p.m. ILR Car Control School Seminar (in Aviation Room C): Ian Law will present a free seminar promoting driver technique as a means for going faster on the track and getting the most out of your vehicle’s technology. According to Law, “there is a tremendous amount of technique to understand and execute to get the most performance out of a vehicle’s potential. Learning and practicing the techniques of performance driving is what brings the performance equation together. Driver and machine as one.”
