    May 23, 2013- May 21 featured the third race of the Spring series held at Chesterman Power Products Indoor track in Tillsonburg. Racers arrived to a beautifully graded, watered and packed track. It did not look so pretty after a lot of racing. Racers who were able to feel out a good line had good nights. Racers determined to drive through the rough stuff thought the track was rough. For the spectators it was great racing as even the experienced drivers had to take their time to work their way around traffic when the best line was already taken. Read more

    May 22, 2013- With the Victoria Day Holiday weekend, Ryan Arbuthnot and the Arbuthnot Racing team had a busy schedule planned out last week.  First up was the second week of the season at Brockville Speedway, followed by the season opening 100 lap Mr. DIRTcar/Canadian Nationals Series race at Cornwall Motor Speedway.  From there, the team would make a quick stop back home, and return to the highway for the long journey to Merrittville Speedway for the second round of the Mr. DIRTcar 358 Modified Series.     May 22, 2013- The final results were not what Jon Mills and the Hot Lick Racing team had envisioned over the first couple weeks of the season.   A flat tire early in the race on opening night, and some unexpected handling issues this past Saturday night in the opening Seaway Sportsman Series event at Brockville relegated the team to disappointing finish.  Mills also had plans to race at Cornwall Speedway on Sunday night.     Merlin, ON- South Buxton Raceway was victimized by a wild vandalism spree overnight Sunday-early Monday. The track ambulance received the most damage, with many of its contents either stolen or destroyed, plus heavy damage inside the driver's compartment. The water truck, tractor and other equipment was damaged and windshields smashed on several pieces of equipment. Blake Outhouse thought the damage would cancel racing for one, if not two weeks, but thanks to the support from drivers, crews, fans, etc.... we're racing this Saturday! Read more
